The drawing is for a minimum donation of $100 per tickets.
Tickets are limited per prize, see receipt for details. Tickets are available from June 2021 through November 12,2021 unless sold out previously. One ticket per each prize will be randomly drawn from all the tickets on November 13 2021 at the event. Winner need not be present to win. If winner is not present, winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 30 days or winning. Drawing is open to the general public with no restrictions other than age, must be at least 18 years old to participate. Easter seals is a non-profit 501(cJ3 organization 59-0637484. Winner is responsible for filing of personal taxes. A copy of the Easter Seals Official Registration and financial information may be obtained from the Florida Division of Consumer Services by calling 1-800-435-7352 within Florida or 1-850-488-2221 if outside of Florida.
